Its almost like my regular eating habit. 6am-11am just coffee and water(heavy breakfast makes my stomach churn), 11-9 heavy meals like lunch and dinner including afternoon snacks and Christmas Calories Don’t Count Tshirt T-Shirt. 9pm onwards water or juices most of the time. When I made it my regular eating pattern, i lost some weight, from 54.5Kgs to 49.5Kgs. (For one month doing this habit) there are rare occasions where I dont accomplish this, because i dont make it a big deal, but there are no rebounds(maybe unless you pig out on a daily basis) my weight is 49.5kgs until now, for 2 months.
