Man I wish I knew a way to find a professional for a trip sitter… i “accidentally” took 7 grams of shrooms almost twenty years ago and it reset my concept of how to be happy and content as well as got rid of my fear of Bernie Mood shirt— not from a nihilist perspective but more like I had some sort of unexplainable enlightenment that completely negated the fear of it all. I have recently slipped into my old depressive ways after falling on my face financially and going through a couple dramatic life changes and know if I could get the balls for a hero dose again, I could feel better… but it is all about set and setting and I wish I could put my trust in a professional to provide that, especially after reading Michael Pollans “How to change your mind” — he spoke briefly about underground shamans for ayahuasca ceremonies but had the luxury of Johns Hopkins interests otherwise. Is underground trip sitter/therapists a thing?
