Delivery of our S and its service appts were ezpz and pretty great back in 2015; still no loaners, no uber vouchers, ironically gave us ICE rentals, but I actually enjoyed visiting the service center since the experience was so welcoming and smooth. Delivery of our 3 and its service appts were not that BodyOpolis And The Vitamin Heroes T-Shirt; no loaners, no rentals, just uber vouchers… but now after mid 2019 I dread going to get my car serviced, and it’s for things like rattles, squeaks, popping sounds, etc. I’m getting my car serviced more often than my previous ICE vehicles because of several poor quality control issues surfacing after just 2 years and under 30K miles.

I have a very similar story. Bought my car online and when I went to pick it up, it was missing features that were on the BodyOpolis And The Vitamin Heroes T-Shirt. I told them I didn’t want to take delivery until I got everything that I should. The guy at the “dealership” said not to worry, that there is already a service order that showed that I was going to get a spoiler, badging, and full self driving, just make an appointment. Made the appointment, the spoiler was installed, the badging was put on, and the full self driving module was installed. Unfortunately, the full self driving wasn’t working. I called Tesla and they told me I still had to pay $8k for self driving. I told them I was told when I purchased the car it was included. They basically said prove it and stopped returning my calls.
