Yup I feel you. Received delivery in June and spotted the defects and the salesrep said the Camping Jackalope not everyone has to be a unicorn shirt – “accept delivery and make a service appointment.” This whole ownership has left a really sour taste in my mouth for Tesla. If you spend 60k on any other car company, you’ll be given the best service. With Tesla, I constantly feel like I have to beg for their attention. I was a huge fan of theirs before and this whole ownership really just threw all that away. They honestly aren’t winning their customer base because I for sure am not going to buy another Tesla.
