Like to the point where when I travel I’m excited and happy to drive my car when I come back. I’ve never felt that way about a car. I will probably never buy anything outside of Tesla again. Now my customer service experience has been a mix of good in bad (I’m up in the Escaped wet bandits shirt). My delivery was all flawless. I unfortunately got backed into in a parking garage roughly a year after having the car. The car was in perfect working condition, I just had a bent corner on the hood and some scrapes on the front bumper.

The Tesla approved autobody shop had to take the Escaped wet bandits shirt and such but once the bumper was off they couldn’t put it back on again because some brackets were broken and once they dislodged it they had no way to put it back. Without this the car won’t drive so I had to get a rental while they ordered and waited for parts. It took 61 DAYS to get my car back. Tesla was so incredibly slow sending out certain parts and one of the parts the autobody shop received was defective so they had to reorder. It was a very frustrating period.
