Yes you can can get all the nutrients you need from plants and supplements but they are significantly less bioavailable than nutrients in meat. You can research this and find this to be correct. Not saying you can’t get all of your nutrients from plants and supplementation you absolutely can but nutrients from quality and healthy meat are significantly more bioavailable and better utilized by the body than nutrients from plants. I’m not stereotyping either but there are people who have had deficiencies and issues because of plant based diets and not because they weren’t supplementing properly or not eating a wide variety of quality foods and when they reintroduced animal foods those issues went away almost immediately. I don’t think veganism is bad but it’s not going to and never will work for everyone and there isn’t anything really superior about it. By ethical what I meant is that no unnecessary suffering is caused. And you may think that the death of an animal is unnecessary but it isn’t. We are supposed to and have evolved to eat animals. There’s also a difference between someone who eats the standard American diet whatever that is and someone who’s eating wild caught salmon and venison and locally sourced eggs and milk from cows that eat clean grass from healthy soil. Huge difference that persons life expectancy is going to be very high.

Best Kansas City Chiefs Logo Est 1960 shirt
Im not really trying to say veganism is bad it’s just the whole thing of diet is different and Kansas City Chiefs Logo Est 1960 shirt than most people understand or care to and the truth of the matter sometimes seems to go against things people want to believe particularly when it comes to veganism which for some can be ideological and very black and white. That’s just what I’ve seen and It has influenced my opinion. You might read this it will just register as total bullshit nonsense and not really listen to what I’m saying and just try to argue because you have a belief that may or may not be correct who knows but question yourself see if you’re doing that and then do some research and try to understand the other side of the coin. Like find people with a shamanic perspective who promote eating meat and are actually very healthy and know what they’re talking about. Listen to people who have tried the vegan diet and have gotten very sick. Of course eat whatever you want but widen your perspective and don’t let your ego or attachment make you believe something that may not necessarily be 100% true or turn you off from all sides
