Something a lot of people are forgetting here while everyone talks about how Loma left the ring and Thank you for always not you putting our country first Biden shirt do the press conference, or didn’t want a rematch clause – Lomachenko literally gave Teo some of his own damn paycheque to make this fight happen. He was literally financially invested in making the fight and giving Lopez this chance. For that reason ALONE Teo should grant him the rematch.Teo aint gotta do shit…Loma and his people said no when the rematch clause came up in negotiations. He thought he was going to breeze past Lopez and bit off more than he could chew. Also, Teo has many other options at that weight class that would bring more money.Don’t think he has anything to gain from a rematch. He won convincingly enough and his confidence is through the roof already. Loma shouldn’t have been cocky enough to leave out a rematch clause and then decide to be too scared to engage for half the fight. Teo should go for email champs belt next. Also, as I said in other threads about this, neither guy is going to make a better payday than in a rematch.

Best Thank you for always not you putting our country first Biden shirt
He has money to gain in a win win scenario. If he moves up and gets ktfo where is he then? The hype going Thank you for always not you putting our country first Biden shirt and viewership that came from that fight could easily make a rematch into a PPV. I completely agree with you, the only other fight that jumps out to me as a possible Lopez money maker is Ryan and that’ll be there after another Loma fight( and do we even think he’s ready).Rematch Loma, get paid. If he wins, he beat Loma twice and got paid. If he loses, they go for a three peat and cash in again. Or he moves on to fight Ryan or Haney and they have more time to build their stock.Besides thinking the fight is potentially dangerous(which I doubt Lopez would think at this point) I don’t see much on the business side as to why Lopez would ever say no.Rematch vs Loma is safe fight, he can almost guarantee lions share, if he loses a close decision no one will think less he will just move up anyway. Having two 12 round fights on your resume vs Loma especially both wins is insane for his resume and legacy. Why would Lopez want to make less in riskier fights
