I’d say more than anything my body shape has changed. More muscle, less chub Unicorn six back coming soon shirt still soft and i don’t feel like I’ve bulked up. You should have mastered your routine (diet, cardio, lifts) but this is also where you might plateau. This is the point at which I start trying to “hack” my routine by optimizing for bulk, or to cut, or to learn a new skill that challenges your body in a new way.
