The brilliance of the early seasons of The Office was its very dry, no-holds barred sense of humor. It had little to do with Dunder Mifflin Inc paper company Christmas shirt and all the dumb over-the-top plots that characterized the later seasons. Shortly after the writer’s strike in the middle of season 4, the show sold out and evolved into what you would expect of a network comedy (dumbed-down, cliché-ridden, feel-good, and politically correct). Jenna and Angela were great in their roles in the early seasons, but I don’t envision an interesting or insightful discussion from the two of them on what made the show truly great for those first few seasons. I would expect the focus to be much more on traits that characterized the show when it was at its worst.
Seasons 1 through Season 5 Episode 87 (Stress Relief Part 2) are incredibly re-watchable episodes as the show is as funny as anything that has ever appeared on television and Dunder Mifflin Inc paper company Christmas shirt. After that episode, the show becomes increasingly uneven, more and more forced, and sometimes a slog to get through a single episode.
